Abstract:
Diethyl phosphite was synthesized by using phosphorus trichloride and ethanol as raw materials and chloroform as solvent. The Effects of reactant ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and solvent dosage were studied in detail, the optimized process conditions were obtained as follows: Raw material ratio C2H5OH:PCl3 = 4:1, reaction temperature 6~8 ℃, reaction time 1H, solvent dosage 60~80 ml, under these conditions, the yield of the product was 84.5% and the purity was more than 99%.Key words:

Abstract:
with iron acetylacetonate (Fe)/triisobutyl aluminum (Al)/dialkyl phosphite (DP) as the catalytic system, the effects of different DP (alkyl is methyl, ethyl, n-butyl or isooctyl), Catalyst composition and reaction conditions on the polymerization were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic activity of the Catalyst System with diethyl phosphite (DEP) as the third component was the highest in hexane at relatively high temperature (50 ℃). The best ratio of catalyst is Al/Fe (molar ratio) 15,DEP/Fe (molar ratio) 2.0. The molar fraction of 3,4-structure (including 1,2-structure) of the obtained polyisoprene rubber is about 60%, and the microstructure is basically not affected by the reaction conditions.

Abstract:
naphthenic acid in heavy oil has strong corrosion to the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, and must be protected. Adding corrosion inhibitor is an ideal method. The compound of imidazoline and diethyl phosphite was used to study its corrosion inhibition performance for atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit at high temperature (280 ℃). The results showed that when the mass ratio of imidazoline to diethyl phosphite was 2 ∶ 1 at 280 ℃ and the mass fraction of compound inhibitor was 0.1%, the inhibition efficiency reached 91.55%. Imidazoline and diethyl phosphite are adsorption film corrosion inhibitors, the mass ratio of 2 ∶ 1 imidazoline molecules on the metal surface to form a loose network of organic adsorption film, at high temperature, diethyl phosphite on the basis of this layer of film and the formation of a layer of tough adsorption film, has a good corrosion inhibition effect.

Abstract:
The products of O-cyanobenzyl diethyl phosphite and its organic impurities were separated and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography using DB-5 capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector. The main organic impurities were qualitatively studied by GC-MS, and the precision of the purity of O-cyanobenzyl diethyl phosphite was determined. The results show that the analysis method has the advantages of good separation effect, fast analysis speed and good repeatability, and can be used for product quality control and routine analysis of O-cyanobenzyl diethyl phosphite.
